I recently needed some upgrades to my inground pool. Two local companies gave me estimates for installing a new vinyl lining and new coping. I chose to hire Home Oasis because their estimated cost was several thousand dollars less and did not involvebreaking out concrete. Andrew and Nathan were very professional, knowledgable, and skillful. They were even able to replace a pool light that hadn’t worked in years. I highly recommend Home Oasis. They know their stuff!

Unbelievable customer service. We were having an issue with the hot tub company that did the installation and I stopped in their office today and they sent out a tech and the owner to help us out with our issues. While here on a freezing cold day they found multiple issues and addressed and fixed them. Thanks a million and we will be a customer for life.

This company is outstanding! Before calling Home Oasis, I made several calls elsewhere and no company would even consider looking at a hot tub. The tech was there within a day or two and kept me updated with any progress as the day went along. Their customer service is incredible. If I purchase anything in the future it will absolutely be with these guys!

We were in the market for a high end hot tub so we called around to the 3 or 4 different dealers in the chippewa valley and Home Oasis was the quickest to respond and answered all of initial questions right away and gave us options and marketing material, meanwhile, we got no responses from Swim Right and Poolman. They were so pleasant to deal with and had a great deal of knowledge on all their products, which are reasonably priced. Awesome business with great service!

We bought a new house with a pool, which is 100% foreign to us. I went in one day for a part, I worked with Adam. I explained the part, and I gave an amateur description along with an inaccurate size. Adam went above and beyond to find this part and size. Dora later joined us and also assisted. They stated they could order that size, I opted to check out Swim Rite first, awful mistake. I came back the following day and worked with the owner and his son (I apologize I don’t recall names but you guys rock) and they went the extra mile and were able to find the part in the proper size. Both days, my pool ignorance was treated with patience, understanding, and the utmost customer service. They took the time to educate me on the part, how it’s properly assembled and inserted, and the purpose. Going the extra mile seemed to come natural to both owners and both employees. Customer service like this is hard to come by these days. Most importantly though, they have the best greeter! Maddie the dog ensured I was comfortable and kept me company while I sent her parents on a wild goose chase for a part that doesn’t exist and throughout the rest of this experience. We have had a great experience with Home Oasis. First of all, the owners – Chuck and Dora, are great to work with! They focus on customer service, treating people right, and go the extra mile. This philosophy also is prevalent in the other employees at Home Oasis – whether they are on site or helping you in the store, they are always polite and extremely helpful.

We had an in ground pool installed while we finished our new home. Chuck was helpful in drawing up plans, working with a challenging site, and working with our contractor (and subcontractors). The end result was a great looking pool that our kids are truly enjoying. In addition to installing the pool – Chuck and his crew moved a hot tub from my in-laws house to our house for no charge (once we signed up to do the pool) – which I thought was VERY nice of them to do.

The team is helpful with products I need for our pool and our spa. They test our water regularly and keep a history on file. Very impressed with all that they do there. ”
