We have had a great experience with Home Oasis. First of all, the owners – Chuck and Dora, are great to work with! They focus on customer service, treating people right, and go the extra mile. This philosophy also is prevalent in the other employees at Home Oasis – whether they are on site or helping you in the store, they are always polite and extremely helpful.

We had an in ground pool installed while we finished our new home. Chuck was helpful in drawing up plans, working with a challenging site, and working with our contractor (and subcontractors). The end result was a great looking pool that our kids are truly enjoying. In addition to installing the pool – Chuck and his crew moved a hot tub from my in-laws house to our house for no charge (once we signed up to do the pool) – which I thought was VERY nice of them to do.

The team is helpful with products I need for our pool and our spa. They test our water regularly and keep a history on file. Very impressed with all that they do there. ”

We’ve owned one of your Sundance Optima Hot Tubs since August of 2005 and use it pretty regularly.  It sits outside and is 1/2 sunken into our deck surface for easy entry and exiting.  We really like sitting in it and enjoy looking out over our lake shore and watching and listening to the wildlife we have in our yard.
Just last week, on New Year’s Eve my hot tub control panel was flashing “FLO” and “Change Filter” was on. The the hot tub was 94° and NOT HEATING.  Outside air temperature was in the single digits.  My worst fear was that no one could come fix it until Jan 3rd (3 to 4 days) and it would freeze solid.  Well, the local Sundance Rep. came 3 days later on Monday morning, Jan. 3rd and found and replaced an inoperative flow switch.  It did not freeze, in fact, the water temperature only dropped to 66° during those really cold 3 days.  You must have some good insulation in your products and the insulated cover helped to keep in the heat.  The filter was new, so I knew it did not need one of those. So in retrospect, I really appreciate the fast and accurate service from our local dealer. ”
